SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Carlotta Pilibosian of Waukegan, who
4passed away on November 22, 2011; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Carlotta Pilibosian was born on August 26, 1920,
6in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin; she lived in the Waukegan area
7for many years; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Carlotta Pilibosian was employed as a seamstress
9and in retail at Heinz of Waukegan; she also worked as a
10beautician; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Carlotta Pilibosian was a member of St. Paul
12Armenian Apostolic Church, the Red Hat Society, the ARS Ladies
13Guild, Altrusa, and Park Place Seniors; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Carlotta Pilibosian was preceded in death by her
15husband, Nishan Pilibosian; her parents, Elsie and Sarkis
16Hamparian; her brother, Harry Hamparian; and her sister, Marie
17Hamparian Beseres; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Carlotta Pilibosian is survived by her children,
19Sylvia Pilibosian Hagopian, John Pilibosian, and Roxana
20Pilibosian Hall; her grandchildren, Sonia Hagopian, Adrineh

1Nighaghosian, Hagop Hagopian, Kelly Holman, Nishan Pilibosian,
2and Kendra Pilibosian; her 10 great-grandchildren; and her many
3nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends; therefore,
4be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
7her family and friends, the passing of Carlotta Pilibosian; and
8be it further
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10presented to the family of Carlotta Pilibosian as an expression
11of our sympathy.
