HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Ryan
4James Nichols of Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on August
522, 2011; and
 
6    WHEREAS, He was born December 12, 1976 in Libertyville, the
7son of James and Jacalyn (Robertson) Nichols; he was a graduate
8of University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a degree in civil
9engineering and had worked for the past 8 years as a civil
10engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation; and
 
11    WHEREAS, On January 15, 2005, he married Christine Koza in
12Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and
 
13    WHEREAS, He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan; he was a
14loving husband, father, son, brother, grandson, uncle, and
15son-in-law; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Ryan Nichols is survived by his devoted wife,
17Christine; his beloved children, Hudson, and twins Braxten and
18Broden; his dear parents James and Jacalyn Nichols; his fond
19brother, Jason (Jenny) Nichols and their son, Alec; his sister,
20Courtney (Andre') Sears and their children, Camden and Kenley;
21his loving maternal grandmother, LaVerne Robertson; his dear

1father-in-law and mother-in-law, Anne and Anthony Koza; his
2sister-in-law, Renee' (Peter) Volpendesta; and his nephew,
3Gregory; therefore, be it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
5NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
6we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of
7Ryan Nichols; and be it further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Ryan Nichols as a symbol of our
10sincere sympathy.
