| 3 | | 9, after "Act.", by inserting "The Authority shall not use any |
| 4 | | revenue generated by any toll highway, or portions thereof, |
| 5 | | under the Authority's jurisdiction which were open to vehicular |
| 6 | | traffic on the effective date of this Act to enter into or |
| 7 | | provide funding for a public-private agreement. The Authority |
| 8 | | shall not use any asset, or the proceeds from the sale or lease |
| 9 | | of any such asset, which was owned by the Authority on the |
| 10 | | effective date of this Act to enter into or provide funding for |
| 11 | | a public-private agreement.".
