SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 
235 ILCS 5/10-7.5 new

    Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Any licensee under this Act who is subject to a hearing for allegedly violating a provision of this Act may waive his or her right to that hearing and shall not be required to appear before the Commission if, before the scheduled hearing date, the licensee (1) concedes that he or she violated the Act as alleged and (2) consents to any penalty and pays any fine to be imposed for the violation.

1    AN ACT concerning liquor.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by
5adding Section 10-7.5 as follows:
 
6    (235 ILCS 5/10-7.5 new)
7    Sec. 10-7.5. Waiver of hearing; consent to fine and
8penalty. Any licensee under this Act who is subject to a
