AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2315

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2315 by replacing the title with the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to Southern Illinois University for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.”.
