AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4741

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4741 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5. In addition to any other funds appropriated for community based services for the developmentally disabled, the sum of $350,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for community support services.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2012.”.
