SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $9,100,000 to the Illinois State Board of Education from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for Regional Superintendents’ and Assistants’ Compensation. Appropriates $2,225,050 to the Illinois State Board of Education from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for Regional Superintendents’ Services. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $9,100,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the Illinois State Board of Education for Regional Superintendents’ and Assistants’ Compensation.
Section 10. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Illinois State Board of Education for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011:
From the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund:
For Regional Superintendents’ Services........ $2,225,050
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
