SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Brett L. Stewart of Standard City, who
4passed away on December 20, 2010; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Brett Stewart was born on August 22, 1964, in
6Springfield; he was the son of Carl "Max" and Karen Wilton
7Stewart; he married DiLynn S. Whitley on November 12, 1989, in
8Standard City; they later remarried at St. Joseph's Catholic
9Church; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Brett Stewart graduated from Carlinville High
11School in 1982; he was employed as a truck driver at Sloan
12Implement for over 5 years; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Brett Stewart enjoyed all St. Louis sports teams,
14especially the Blues; he also enjoyed gardening and decorating
15his house for the holidays; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Brett Stewart is survived by his wife; his sons,
17Nathan Stewart and Kevin Stewart; his mother; his brothers and
18sisters-in-law, Todd and Mary Stewart and Randy and Judy
19Stewart; his sisters and brother-in-law, Keri and Bill Krager
20and Jennifer Black; his grandfather, Russell Wilton; his
21several nieces and nephews; and his several great-nieces and

1great-nephews; therefore, be it
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
4his family and friends, the passing of Brett L. Stewart; and be
5it further
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
7presented to the family of Brett Stewart as an expression of
8our sympathy.
