| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing |

| Section 26-10 as follows:

| Sec. 26-10. Informality in assessments or lists. An |

or charge for taxes thereon, shall not |

| be considered illegal on account of any
informality in making |
