Appropriates $9,000,000 to the Department of Corrections from the General Revenue Fund for a grant to Operation Ceasefire to be used in specified locations.  Effective July 1, 2010.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. The amount of $9,000,000, or so much thereof

 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of

 Corrections from the General Revenue Fund for a grant to

 Operation Ceasefire to be used in the following locations:

 The City of Chicago:
