Appropriates $6,700,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the Village of Homer to fulfill the purposes of the Unsewered Communities Grant Program. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $6,700,000, or so much of that amount as is necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for a grant to the Village of Homer to fulfill the purposes of the Unsewered Communities Grant Program.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
