SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Matthew E. Fracaro Jr., who passed away
4 on November 6, 2007; and
 
5     WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. served his country with
6 distinction in the United States Navy from 1986 to 1988; and
 
7     WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. served as a Eucharistic
8 Minister at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center; and
 
9     WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. was a member of the
10 'Fishers of Men' and the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St.
11 Patrick's Church; he was also a former Little League coach at
12 Troy; and
 
13     WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. was an avid fan of the
14 Chicago Cubs and Notre Dame; and
 
15     WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. was preceded in death by
16 his paternal grandparents, Nicholas Fracaro and Lois (nee
17 Baldwin) Fracaro; and his maternal grandfather, Joseph
18 Lapikas; and
 
19     WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. is survived by his

1 children, Jeremy and Molly; his parents, Matthew Fracaro Sr.
2 and Lynn (Joseph) Briski; his brothers and sisters, Graig
3 Fracaro, Jenna Fracaro, Joe (Karen) Briski, Paul (Melissa)
4 Briski, and Jennifer (Brandon) Johnson; his maternal
5 grandmother, Jane (Jack) McNeil; his grandparents, Joseph and
6 Florence Briski; and his numerous aunts, uncles, nieces,
7 nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it
 
8     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL
9 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
10 his family and friends, the passing of Matthew E. Fracaro Jr.;
11 and be it further
 
12     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13 presented to the family of Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. as an
14 expression of our sympathy.
