AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5494

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5494, AS AMENDED,
3 immediately below Section 85, by inserting the following:
 
4     "Section 90. Upon the payment of the sum of $6,750.00 to
5 the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth
6 in Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of
7 Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all
8 right, title and interest in and to the following described
9 land in Madison County, Illinois, to James F. Stille.
 
10 Parcel No. 800XC47
 
11     That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township
12     4 North, Range 8 West of the Third Principal Meridian,
13     Madison County, State of Illinois, described as follows:
 
14      Commencing at an iron rod at the southeast corner of said

1     Northeast Quarter of Section 36; thence on an assumed
2     bearing of North 00 degrees 14 minutes 24 seconds East, on
3     the east line of said Northeast Quarter of Section 36, a
4     distance of 880.91 feet to the southeasterly right of way
5     line of Relocated State Aid Route 10 and the Point of
6     Beginning.
 
7     From said Point of Beginning; thence on said southeasterly
8     right of way line of State Aid Route 10, the following two
9     (2) courses and distances: (1) South 00 degrees 14 minutes
10     24 seconds West on said east line of the Northeast Quarter
11     of Section 36, a distance of 185.37 feet; (2) North 50
12     degrees 57 minutes 58 seconds West, 119.05 feet; thence
13     northeasterly 14.02 feet on a non-tangential curve to the
14     right having a radius of 661.50 feet and being 33.00 feet
15     southeasterly of the centerline of said State Aid Route 10,
16     the chord of said curve bears North 39 degrees 38 minutes
17     29 seconds East, 14.02 feet; thence North 40 degrees 14
18     minutes 55 seconds East, 33.00 feet southeasterly of and
19     parallel with said centerline of State Aid Route 10, a
20     distance of 130.48 feet to the Point of Beginning.
 
21     Said Parcel 800XC47 herein described contains 0.1977 acre,
22     or 8,610 square feet, more or less.

4     Section 95. Upon the payment of the sum of $4,800.00 to the
5 State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in
6 Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes
7 acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released
8 over and through the following described land in Tazewell
9 County, Illinois:

11     A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 25
12     North, Range 5 West of the Third Principal Meridian,
13     Tazewell County, State of Illinois, more particularly
14     described as follows.

16     of said Section 14; thence South 00 degrees 29 minutes 29
17     seconds East along the east line of the Southeast Quarter
18     of said Section 14 a distance of 139.37 feet to a point on
19     the northwesterly existing right of way line of FAP Route
20     669 (IL 29), said point being 59.47 feet normally distant
21     northwesterly of said centerline; thence South 33 degrees
