AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5494

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5494, AS AMENDED, by
3 adding below Section 75 the following:
 
4     "Section 80. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,300.00 to
5 the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth
6 in Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes
7 acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released
8 over and through the following described land in Marshall
9 County, Illinois:

11 A tract of land located in a part of the Southwest Quarter of
12 Section 11, T9N, R4E of the 4th P.M., Marshall County,
13 Illinois. More particularly bounded and described as follows
14 and bearings are assumed and for the purpose of description

1 Commencing at the southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of
2 said Section 11; thence North 00 degrees 07 minutes 01 second

5 Rte. 645 (Il. Rte. #17) at station 511+90.19; thence in a
6 southeasterly direction, along said centerline, curving to the
7 right, with a radius of 2864.79 feet, an arc distance of 614.28
8 feet to said centerline station 518+04.47; thence South 69
9 degrees 54 minutes 06 seconds East, along said centerline,

1     Section 85. Upon the payment of the sum of $166,000.00 to
2 the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth
3 in Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of
4 Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all
5 right, title and interest in and to the following described
6 land in St. Clair County, Illinois, to TDG Belleville Crossing,
7 LLC., Grantee.

9 A tract of land being part of Lots 4 and 16 of a plat recorded
10 in the Book of Plats "C" Page 397 of the Recorder's Office of
11 St. Clair County, Illinois, in the Southwest Quarter of Section
12 18 and the North Half of Section 19, Township 1 North, Range 8
13 West of the Third Principal Meridian, St. Clair County,
14 Illinois and being more particularly described as follows:
 
15 Beginning at the intersection of the existing northeasterly
16 right of way line of Illinois Route 15 as described by the deed
17 in Book 1198, Page 311 with the existing easterly right of way
18 line of Frank Scott Parkway West as described by the warranty
19 deed in book 1862, Page 12; thence North 39 degrees 19 minutes
20 24 seconds West on an extension of said existing northeasterly
21 right of way line of Illinois Route 15, a distance of 71.32
22 feet; thence North 00 degrees 12 minutes 26 seconds West,

2 East, 47.18 feet to said easterly right of way line of Frank

6 Parkway, 739.55 feet to the Point of Beginning.
 
7 Said parcel 800XC53 contains 0.7281 acre or 31,716 square feet,
8 more or less. And the rights of access, crossing, light, air
9 and view from, to and over the following described access
10 control line and Illinois Route 15 are restored subject to
11 permit requirements of the State of Illinois, Department of
12 Transportation.
