3     "(i) (Blank). The requirements of this Section shall not
4 apply to the disposition of an essential part other than a cowl
5 which has been damaged or altered to a state in which it can no
6 longer be returned to a usable condition and which is being
7 sold or transferred to a scrap processor or for delivery to a
8 scrap processor."; and
 
9 on page 24, line 4 by deleting "and recyclable metal dealers";
10 and
 
11 on page 24, line 6, after "Chapter.", by inserting "Any
12 violation of this subsection (j) shall result in a $2,500 fine
13 per violation. Any person found in violation of this subsection
14 (j) shall be guilty of a Class 2 felony.".
