    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. “An Act concerning appropriations”, Public Act 95-734, item reduction vetoed July 10, 2008, is amended by changing Section 5 of Article 8 as follows:
