Appropriates $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for payments to school districts for affordable multi-family housing school cost reimbursement under Section 46 of the Local Planning Technical Assistance Act. Effective July 1, 2008.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $3,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for payments to school districts for affordable multi-family housing school cost reimbursement under Section 46 of the Local Planning Technical Assistance Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
