Makes an appropriation to the Capital Development Board for emergency room renovation and imaging equipment at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Chicago. Effective July 1, 2007.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $8,000,000, or as much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for St. Anthony’s Hospital, which serves the near southwest side of Chicago, for emergency room renovation and imaging equipment.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
