SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the funding of programs of day services for disabled adults as follows: (1) Adult Community Transition (ACT) Program, $334,000; (2) Enriched Lifestyles for Adults (ELA) Program, $333,000; (3) Next Generation Program, $333,000.  Effective July 1, 2007.

$DHS-DAY SRVCS-DISABLED ADULTS

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the funding of programs of day services for disabled adults as follows:

    (1) Adult Community Transition (ACT)

        Program.................................. $334,000

    (2) Enriched Lifestyles for Adults (ELA)

        Program................................    $333,000

    (3) Next Generation Program.................. $333,000

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
