SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $75,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for grants to the city of East St. Louis for all costs and expenses associated with separating the now combined sanitary and storm sewers. Effective July 1, 2005.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $75,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Capital Development Board for grants to the city of East St. Louis for all costs and expenses associated with separating the now combined sanitary and storm sewers.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July 1, 2005.
