Appropriates $10 million from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for job training in the Austin Neighborhood in the City of Chicago. Effective July 1, 2004.

    AN ACT making appropriations

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The sum of $10,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for job training in the Austin neighborhood in the City of Chicago.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
