SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Nicholas Charles Anthony Spaniak of Elk
4Grove Village, who passed away on March 1, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Nicholas Spaniak was born in Chicago on November
69, 1951; he was a veteran of the Air National Guard; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Nicholas Spaniak worked for VW Financial for seven
8years; he previously worked for Chrysler Financial; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Nicholas Spaniak had a love of life he shared
10freely and honestly with strangers, friends, and family alike;
11he was insightful and willing to help those in need, often
12serving as a mentor and providing guidance; he will be
13remembered for his sense of humor, sharp wit, and faith in
14others; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Nicholas Spaniak was the beloved husband of
16Virginia E. (Bryak) of 20 years, the loving father of Nick G.
17(Lindsey) Spaniak and Dena N. Tamburrino, the dear brother of
18Laurie (Darryl) Drake, Mary (Lyle) Bell, Don (the late Debbie),
19and the late George (Barbara), the cherished grandfather of
20Carli (Anthony) Lauria, and the great-grandfather of Marco and
21Anthony; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
3Nicholas Charles Anthony Spaniak and extend our sincere
4condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved
5him; and be it further
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
7presented to the family of Nicholas Spaniak as an expression of
8our deepest sympathy.
