AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3263

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3263 by replacing
3everything after the enacting clause as follows:
 
4    "Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by adding
5Section 7-135.5 as follows:
 
6    (40 ILCS 5/7-135.5 new)
7    Sec. 7-135.5. Required public posting of information by the
8Fund.
9    (a) The Fund shall post on its publicly available website
10the following information regarding municipalities that
11participate in the Fund that the Fund has in its possession:
12(1) copies of all resolutions adopted by a municipality on or
13after January 1, 1995 to participate in the Fund if such a
14resolution was required; (2) an annual report listing each
15municipality and the date each municipality first became a
16municipality that participates in the Fund; (3) all documents

1pertaining to each municipality's annual projected future
2contributions under this Article; and (4) information about the
3amount of each municipality's past required contributions to
4the Fund for each year of participation on or after January 1,
51995 and before, if available.
6    (b) A municipality that has a website shall post to its
7website, no later than January 1, 2021, a link to the
8information provided by the Fund under this Section. A
9municipality that establishes a website on or after January 1,
102021 shall post to its website a link to the information
11provided by the Fund under this Section.
12    (c) This Section does not require the Fund to post on its
13website information that is exempt from disclosure under the
14Freedom of Information Act.
15    This Section does not require a municipality to establish
16or maintain a website.
 
17    Section 90. The State Mandates Act is amended by adding
18Section 8.43 as follows:
 
19    (30 ILCS 805/8.43 new)
20    Sec. 8.43. Exempt mandate. Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8
21of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the
22implementation of any mandate created by this amendatory Act of
23the 101st General Assembly.

1    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
22020.".
