SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of N. Ann (Crawford) Werner of Streator, who
4passed away on May 26, 2018; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Ann Werner was born in Bloomington to Harold and
6Norma (Wendland) Crawford on September 25, 1956; she graduated
7from El Paso High School in 1974; she married Phillip L. Werner
8in Bloomington at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church on February
911, 1978; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Ann Werner worked as an insurance agent and
11financial advisor; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Ann Werner was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran
13Church; she was selfless, kind, and devoted to her family; she
14always put others ahead of herself; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Ann Crawford was preceded in death by her parents
16and her father-in-law, Vincent Werner; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Ann Crawford is survived by her husband, Phillip;
18her children, Deborah, David, Robert, and Kristina Werner; and
19her mother-in-law, Luceille Werner; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
3N. Ann (Crawford) Werner and extend our sincere condolences to
4her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
5further
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
7presented to the family of Ann Werner as an expression of our
8deepest sympathy.
