| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Common Interest Community Association Act is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the |
| 8 | | Common Interest Community Association Act, and references in |
| 9 | | this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
