AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3060

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3060 on page 56, by
3replacing line 8 with the following:
4"Service by email is complete on the date of transmission to
5the email address of record. The Department shall adopt rules
6that specify the standard for confirming delivery of documents
7to the email address of record and, if delivery is not
8confirmed, what steps the Department will take to ensure that
9service to the email address of record or other means is
10accomplished. Until the rules required by this Section are
11adopted, the Department shall send a copy of the document via
12certified mail to the licensee's address of record."; and
 
13on page 58, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:
14"deposited in the U.S. mail. Service by email is complete on
15the date of transmission to the email address of record. The
16Department shall adopt rules that specify the standard for
