SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 
320 ILCS 10/12  from Ch. 23, par. 6212

    Amends the Respite Program Act. In a provision requiring the Director of the Department on Aging to submit an annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly detailing the progress of the respite care services provided under the Act, provides that the report shall also include an estimate of the demand for respite care services over the next 10 years.

1    AN ACT concerning aging.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The Respite Program Act is amended by changing
5Section 12 as follows:
 
6    (320 ILCS 10/12)  (from Ch. 23, par. 6212)
7    Sec. 12. Annual Report. The Director shall submit a report
8each year to the Governor and the General Assembly detailing
9the progress of the respite care services provided under this
10Act and shall also include an estimate of the demand for
11respite care services over the next 10 years.
