     Amends the Emergency Telephone System  Act. Extends the repeal date of the Act from July 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020. Amends the Public Utilities Act. Extends the repeal date of the Universal Telephone Service Protection Law of 1985  from July 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020. Extends the repeal date of the Cable and Video Competition Law of 2007 from July 1, 2017 to December 31, 2020. Effective immediately.

1    AN ACT concerning regulation.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
4    Section 5. The Emergency Telephone System Act is amended  by 
5changing Section 99 as follows:
 
6    (50 ILCS 750/99)
7    (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2017)
8    Sec. 99. Repealer. This Act is repealed on December 31, 
92020 July 1, 2017.

11    Section 10. The Public Utilities Act is amended  by changing 
12Sections 13-1200 and 21-1601 as follows:
 
13    (220 ILCS 5/13-1200)
14    (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2017)
15    Sec. 13-1200. Repealer. This Article is repealed December 
1631, 2020 July 1, 2017.

19    Sec. 21-1601. Repealer.  Sections 21-101 through 21-1501 of
