AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2622

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2622 on page 4, by
3replacing lines 20 through 22 with "100th General Assembly, the
4Director shall make a loan to the Illinois Employers Mutual
5Insurance Company of $10,000,000 from"; and
 
6on page 7, line 10, by replacing "2018" with "2019"; and
 
7on page 7, line 11, by replacing "2019" with "2020"; and
 
8on page 7, line 12, by replacing "2020" with "2021"; and
 
9on page 7, line 14, by replacing "2021" with "2022"; and
 
10on page 8, line 2, after "insurance;", by inserting "however,
11nothing in this Section shall be construed to prohibit an
12individual who previously had an interest in an insurance
13entity that writes workers' compensation insurance or whose

1affiliates write workers' compensation insurance from being
2appointed to the Board;"; and
 
3on page 8, line 8, after "insurance;", by inserting "however,
4nothing in this Section shall be construed to prohibit an
5individual who previously had an interest in an insurance
6entity that writes workers' compensation insurance or whose
7affiliates write workers' compensation insurance from being
8appointed to the Board;"; and
 
9on page 9, immediately below line 4, by inserting the
10following:
11    "(f) The Board shall reflect the ethnic, cultural, and
12geographical diversity of the State."; and
 
13on page 12 by replacing lines 22 through 24 with "State."; and
 
14on page 13, line 13, by replacing "August 1, 2017" with "July
151, 2018"; and
 
16on page 13, line 22, by replacing "2018" with "2019".
