SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations from the Capital Development Fund to the Department of Veterans' Affairs for capital improvements at the Illinois Veterans’ Home at Quincy.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $XX, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Department of Veterans’ Affairs for costs associated with capital improvements at the Illinois Veterans’ Home at Quincy.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
