SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $5,000 to the Department of Human Services for grants to the Center for Prevention of Abuse.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $5,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of making grants to the Center for Prevention of Abuse to promote community education and conduct professional trainings on human trafficking.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.
