SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Coroner Training Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 1.  The following named amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Coroner Training Board as follows:

  Payable from the Death Certificate Surcharge Fund:

   For Expenses of the Coroner Training

    Board Pursuant to Public Act 99-0408........... 450,000

    Total                                          $450,000

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2017, if and only if Senate Bill 2063 of the 100^th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act), as introduced in the Illinois Senate, becomes law.
