SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates the current balance of the Wildlife Prairie Park Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for a grant to the Wildlife Prairie Park for the park's operational expenses.  Effective immediately.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5. A sum equal to the current balance of the Wildlife Prairie Park Fund is appropriated from the Wildlife Prairie Park Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for a grant to the Wildlife Prairie Park for the Wildlife Prairie Park’s operational expenses.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
