SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants to Special Olympics Illinois and Special Children's Charites for youth disability programs and costs associated with the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Special Olympics. Effective July 1, 2018.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $3,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants to Special Olympics Illinois and Special Children’s Charites for youth disability programs and costs associated with the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Special Olympics.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.
