SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

 

Appropriates $100,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the School Construction Fund for school construction grants as authorized under the School Construction Law.  Effective July 1, 2017.

  $TRANSFER-SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION

 

 

 

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $100,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the School Construction Fund for school construction grants as authorized under the School Construction Law.

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2017.
