SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $5,708,650 from the Capital Development Fund to the Board of Trustees of Governors State University for the repair and, as necessary, replacement of the plumbing and piping system. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $5,708,650, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Board of Trustees of Governors State University for the repair and, as necessary, replacement of the plumbing and piping system.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
