    At  the  hour  of  3:45  o'clock, Representative Poe moved that the
House do now adjourn.
    The motion prevailed.
    And in accordance therewith and pursuant to HOUSE JOINT  RESOLUTION
90,  the  House  stood adjourned until Monday, January 6, 2003, at 2:00
