Amend House Bill 3205 as follows: on page 1, lines 19 through 20 and 21 through 22, by deleting "as defined in subsection (m) of Section 5-16.3" each time it appears; and on page 10, by deleting all of line 33; and on page 11, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following: "The".
