3 [January 12, 2000] The House met pursuant to adjournment. The Speaker in the Chair. Speaker Madigan asked and obtained unanimous consent to use the Quorum Roll Call of the Regular Session as the Roll Call for Attendance in this First Special Session which is as follows: 113 present. (ROLL CALL 1-1ss) By unanimous consent, Representatives Tom Johnson, Klingler, Morrow, Mulligan and Pankau were excused from attendance. At the hour of 1:35 o'clock p.m., Representative Currie moved that the House do now adjourn until Thursday, January 13, 2000, at 12:00 o'clock noon. The motion prevailed. And the First Special Session stood adjourned.
