Biography: Small business owner, teacher; graduate of Hillsdale College. His parents helped found Christian Liberty Academy of Arlington Heights in 1969 where he taught fifth grade for six years. Tom earned a 2009 Gold and 2010 Platinum industry award for his leadership position with SERVPRO, a disaster cleanup and restoration company based in Elk Grove; selected to inaugural class of the 2012 Edgar Fellows Leadership Program; married to Bethany with two children.
