AUTHORITY: Subpart A implements Sections 2-113, 2-118, 6-108, 6-205, and 6-206 and is authorized by Sections 2-103 and 2-104 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/2-103, 2-104, 2-113, 2-118, 6-108, 6-205 and 6-206]. Subpart B implements Chapter 7 and is authorized by Sections 2-103, 2-104, 2-106, 2-107, 2-108, 2-113, and 2-114, and Ch. 7 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/2-103, 2-104, 2-106, 2-107, 2-108, 2-113, 2-114 and Ch. 7].
