Section 48.120  Appeal and Judicial Review

Any person aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected, by any decision of the Department may appeal to the Circuit Court of Bond County, Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled, the Administrutive Review Law (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981 ch. 110, pars. 3-101 et. seq.)
