Section 795.150  Written Notification to State School Superintendent

Written notification to the State School superintendent regarding the anticipated continuation or withdrawal of a student from a State School shall be provided by the parents and the local school district as soon as possible but no later than 30 calendar days prior to the beginning of the next school year.
