Section 795.70  Written Report

A written report of the results and recommendations of the multidisciplinary conference shall be prepared.

a)         The conference report shall be dated, and list the names of all those in attendance at the conference.

b)         A copy of the conference report, together with all documentation upon which it is based, shall be kept on file by the State School.  The parents and the local school district shall be informed of their rights of access of the report.  A copy of the multi-disciplinary conference report must be given to the parents at the conclusion of the conference.
