Section 240.940  Penalty Payments

The Department shall pay $100 to each eligible applicant to whom a Notice of Eligibility is not mailed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date on which a completed application, as defined in Section 240.510, is received by the Department or a Case Coordination Unit (CCU).  It shall be the responsibility of the applicant/authorized representative to notify the Department in writing when this occurs.
