Section 240.905  Prohibition of Institutionalized Individuals From Receiving Community Care Program Services

Community Care Program (CCP) services shall not be provided to any individual who is eligible for those services while that individual is an in-patient of any institution which is subject to licensure as required by the Illinois Nursing Home Reform Act of 1979 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 111 1/2, pars. 4151-101 et seq.).
