Section 240.640  Eligibility Decision

A decision regarding the applicant's initial eligibility or ineligibility to receive Community Care Program (CCP) services shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Department or its Case Coordination Unit (CCU) of a completed application for CCP services, unless delayed by the applicant/authorized representative. (Refer to Section 240.660).
