Section 240.300   Applicant/Client Rights and Responsibilities

The Department will administer the Community Care Program (CCP) to assure certain rights to applicants/clients.  In addition, the Department will assure that applicants/clients receive an explanation of their rights and responsibilities.  A copy of the rights and responsibilities of a CCP applicant/client shall be provided in written format to all applicants/clients during the initial home visit for determination of eligibility or upon request by the applicant/client.
