Section 240.100  Community Care Program

The statutory authority for this rule is vested in Illinois Revised Statutes 1981, ch. 23, par. 6104.02, as amended. The costs of Community Care services provided to all eligible individuals who are also recipients of medical assistance from the Illinois Department of Public Aid (IDPA) will be submitted for Federal Financial Participation under provisions of a waiver granted to the State of Illinois relevant to Title XIX of the Social Security Act (Section 1915) (42 U.S.C. 1396) (1982). The costs of Community Care services provided to all other eligible individuals will be borne by State appropriated General Revenue Funds.
