Section 140.436  Limitations on Advanced Practice Nurse Services

The following will not be reimbursed:

a)         Nursing services provided in the role of physician assistant.

b)         Mileage to and from place of service.

c)         Consultations between APNs or between an APN and a physician.

d)         Group psychotherapy or telepsychiatry.
